The intrepid duo track down his master's location with the help of a damaged mobbot, who craves revenge on his maker. They emerge victorious after a desperate battle. Once there, she and Shroud try to interrogate the ruffian, only to be attacked by a horde of mobbots. Disguising herself as a bar girl, Mistress convinces one of Fahey's gangsters to lead her into his boss' hideout. The duo decides to infiltrate Fat Fahey's operations to learn of his role in the Mayor's death - after all, nobody casually struts through Scollay Square in the middle of the night. Although Shroud recovers from his injuries, they are forced to run as Boston Police surrounds the hideout. Silver Shroud and Mistress of Mystery kill a pair of thugs responsible for the murder, only to be forced to flee to the Mistress' hideout after Fat Fahey, local crime boss, wounds Shroud in a confused firefight when he happens upon the scene. The Mechanist story arc is divided into six parts, it begins with the murder of Mayor Murphy in Scollay Square. The Silver Shroud was featured in many radio plays, with actress Shannon Rivers providing the voice of the Mistress of Mystery for 26 years, though the only known story from the radio play is his fight against the Mechanist. A television show was in planning stages in late 2077 but did not make it to filming because of the Great War. Apart from his own franchise, his popularity led to his inclusion in the Unstoppables comic book with other Hubris Comics properties. While the character was extremely popular in the city of Boston, fandom for the Silver Shroud in other markets was not as fervent, though he was still considered one of Hubris Comics' most popular franchises alongside Grognak the Barbarian. His former love interest and regular accomplice, the Mistress of Mystery, is a reoccurring character throughout the series. He is always depicted wearing a long black trench coat with a scarf, typically silver or bright red, a black fedora, and wielding a silver submachine gun as his preferred weapon. Make your way to the bottom level of the building, that is where you'll find Sinjin and Kent. Listen to the radio, and the final part of the mission will be at Milton General Hospital. Leave Goodneighbor and Kill Smiling Kate, and optionally leave a calling card. The fourth part of the mission will be from Hancock. Return to Goodneighbor and listen to the radio station again. You can optionally kill Shelly for a 500 cap bounty reward, but most companions will dislike it. After killing her, leave a shroud calling card, and loot her body to find a Contract: Shelly Tiller. Leave Goodneighbor and head south, to Water Street Apartments. Convince him to tell you where Kendra is. Head into the Third Rail bar, and talk with Whitechapel Charlie. ![]() The third mission will be to deal with an assassin named Kendra. After killing him, drop a Shroud calling card on his body. The second mission will be to deal with AJ, a drug dealer who is dealing to kids. Kill him and drop your Shroud calling card on his body. Your first mission as the Shroud is to kill Wayne Delancy.
